Robinson Cano Heating Up

After a miserable start to the season, New York Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano has begun to heat up. Last night, Cano went 2-for-4 with two RBI. He scored the game-winning run.

In the last 12 games, Cano is hitting .396 (19-for-48) to raise his season average to .252. He also has 11 RBI over that stretch after knocking in just 24 runs in the first 72 games.

You may remember that Cano started off slowly last season as well before catching fire in the second half, when he hit .343 to finish the year at .306 with 19 homers and 97 RBI.
